Who we are?
Simply Say is an online service which offers a range of gifts for customers to design and purchase. Gifts are shipped directly to customers via SingPost. We are registered in Singapore under the company name Simply Say Pte Ltd - Unique Entity 201733102H. Our services aren’t intended for children under the age of 16. What data do we collect?
We are careful to only store data that is relevant to the operations of this site and to improve the customer experience. During registration will we will request; email, password - for social network connectivity we request email, profile image, sex, date of birth, friends and friends date of births. We store address book information for delivery purposes. Credit/debit card details are managed by Stripe https://stripe.com/
How do we collect the data?
Data is collected during the registration process, checkout and when social network accounts are connected. We may also request information during out customer service chat sessions. Self-designed cards are also the property of Simply Say Pte Ltd, we therefore have full rights to re-use these designs in any format deemed necessary, without customers prior approval.
How do we use the data?
The data is used to enhance the customer experience and to build new tools/services. We will not knowingly use this data to perform any unreasonable functions, nor will we share this data with any third-party provider without your prior approval. How long do we keep the data for?
There is no limit on data retention, so unless expressly requested by the customer we will look to keep your data accessible whilst Simply Say Pte is operational. In the event that Simply Say Pte is terminated, your data will be erased and you will be notified. Your rights are detailed in our privacy policy - you have the right; to be informed on how your data is being used, to access any personal data we store, to rectify any incorrect data, to complete history erasure and to object/exercise consent if you feel data is being mishandled.
